Lower Fairfield County Regional Center

LSKC is very proud of our association with the Lower Fairfield County Regional Center.  Our dogs provide therapy for the residents, visiting weekly and at special events.  In return, the LFC provides space for our training classes.  This has worked out so well that the Department of Mental Retardation is considering introducing this program at some of its other centers.  It is a true "Win-Win" relationship, although we feel we receive far more than we give!

 

Annual Holiday Party

December 2005

On Tuesday, December 13th, club members and their therapy dogs attended the LFC Annual Holiday Party.  We were joined by several of the students from our obedience classes.  A wonderful time was had by all!
